Package C - Project Management** - $12,950 + HST (Package B PLUS Project Management of entire project to ensure proper second suite conversion within an appropriate time frame - we source and manage all contractors and trades, evaluate the work, and communicate directly with city during renovation) - Pricing of $18,450 + HST for a 3-unit conversion or for a detached accessory unit (garden suite)
